I have been practicing in the mental health field since 2002, and launched into private practice in 2011. I received my masters in social work from University of Denver. As an individual, group, and family therapist I have had experience working with adults, adolescents, and children and offer a strengths-based and empathic approach towards therapy. I have experience in a variety of settings and have worked with a diverse group of clients. Beyond my passion to work skillfully and thoughtfully with all people, I have specialty training and experience and commitment working in the following areas:
- Grief & Loss Support (related to significant death loss)
- Family Mediation
- Couples Counseling
- Anxiety & Stress Managment
- Life Transitions
- Play Therapy
- Parent Education / Co-Parenting

I strongly believe that personal growth requires the development of meaningful connections and a willingness to heal through honesty, courage and acceptance. If you're looking for compassionate support and guidance through a challenging situation or you're ready to move in a new direction in your life, I look forward to working with you to achieve your goals.
